"What a great company!!! I was referred to them by a friend of mine. My mother need a stair lift and fast. I called Pete on a Sunday. He asked me to send pictures of the stair case. If I had sent them to the correct number, I probably would have had the lift put in a day earlier. My fault! Called Pete on Monday and my mother's stair lift was installed on Tuesday my 11:00 a.m. Tom was very nice and efficient. No mess after they left. My brothers and I cannot thank them enough. The safety of our mother is our top priority and this stair lift is an actual life saver!! I HIGHLY recommend Long Island Stairlift!!"

"First of all, I want to say that this is one of the best companies I ever dealt with! I called the company and Pete (the owner) missed my call and HE quickly called and text me back. I actually felt he wanted my business..We spoke and the next day and he was punctual in coming over to look at what I needed. His prices were fair and I instantly felt trust with him. He explained everything to me. I like the fact that it was a family owned business and his son will be doing the installation and he didn’t even want a deposit! I was able toschedule on the day and time that I wanted, which was only two days in advance. On the day of installation his son Tom called me when he was a few minutes away and arrived with his brother-in-law.. The installation took only an hour and they were super neat, personable, and respectful just like Pete! I love the fact that they had all the equipment in stock and the company does not outsource. They do everything themselves. After the installation, Tom and his brother-in-law took the time to spend with us showing us how to operate the unit until we were confident. There was no rushing and we had a nice conversation as well. I highly recommend this company. They are in the area and assured me that if I ever needed any service or anything, which I highly doubt I will, they will be right over! I feel very confident working with them and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who might need this service….!!"

"We received amazing service from this company. We needed a stair lift quickly. We called on a Friday and it was installed on the following Monday. Price was very fair. Excellent communication. Pete and his son Tommy were excellent. Product comes with a 1 year warranty. I highly recommend."

"I was feeling so overwhelmed when my husband fell down our staircase and fractured his neck. So, when I called Long Island Stairlifts, a family owned business, I was so relieved. Pete came immediately and his son did an excellent job installing. There are not ample enough words to describe their professionalism, punctuality, and calming presence. Pete, also went above and beyond recommending another stair lift company to install in our vacation home. I highly recommend Long Island Stairlifts if you want a reliable, trustworthy company.
