"LI Stairlift is phenomenal!!! Can't begin to express how wonderful, Pete, Tommy and Lenny were. From the first meeting, up until the final installation they were first class, absolutely top notch....they were patient, knowledgeable, timely, professional and reasonably priced. I priced out a few different stairlifts and these guys were by fair the best. They were much more knowledgeable than the others that came out with regards to how to connect the plug for the charger for the Stairlift.__Pete was so kind and answered all my moms questions preinstalation. "I had an absolute fantastic experience with Long Island Stairlifts. They came out same day to provide a quote and then were able to install two stairlifts two days later. They do great work and are truly nice people. Now when my Mom comes home from rehab, she will be able to get up the stairs with no problem. I can't thank them enough for the work they did! I wouldn't call anyone else."

"Stop searching and call Pete now! From installation to clearly explaining how to troubleshoot the most common occurs, the crew at Long Island Stairlifts is beyond amazing to work with. We never felt any pressure to purchase more than we’d need. They asked my mom a bunch of questions to ensure she was comfortable with the purchase and the use of her lift. Then two years later when I actually needed to call for some help Pete answered our call, tried his best to help us solve, and had one of his team to the house the next day. I work for a company famous around the world for customer service and I talk about Pete and crew in all of my training classes now."

"John was very friendly and made multiple trips to the house to provide all the correct information for what we needed. They were not pushy or rude, but was patient and was willing to explain and answer all of our questions. Thomas did the installation and everything took less than an hour. This company was so nice and we would definitely recommend to anyone!"
