"I needed a last-minute stairlift rental and called a few companies. All of them had dates for installment weeks away. When I called Long Island stairlift they came out the same day and measured. My stairlift was installed two days later. This really eased my worries and they were so professional. What a blessing because my husband was released from the hospital the day after the installation. Great Company thanks so much guys."

"I had an outdoor lift installed. John came by to explain the product and what was required. After getting the stairs ready, they took final measurements, got a lift within two to three days. John is very personable and went to great lengths to talk about customer support post-installation. Tom came and installed the unit. He gave a great demo and explained the features well. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a stairlift."
