"I would highly recommend this place._They came on the same day my sister called for an estimate for my parents and installed the stairlift within 3 days._We called about 5:30 pm with a service call and were flawed when they were able to come the next morning to service us._I can't say enough nice things about this company. They exceeded my parents expectations. They were able to put in a stairlift where several years ago other companies could not accommodate us."

"I needed a stair lift for my wife’s battle with Brain Cancer, she started in home hospice and I needed to keep her safe. I called around and was hard to get a company to respond or price out the job. Luckily I found this company, it was meant to be , I spoke to Barbara in the office who was sweet and helpful and her husband came with in an hour to estimate and discuss. I was so comfortable with them being a family company and the the price was even better than I imagined I signed and the very next day their son Tommy came and installed the stair lift, clean neat job and he was done so fast. It worked so easily and kept my wife safe for the remaining of her battle and today the owner and his son came to remove it. Besides a clean quick job the human touch and heartfelt sorrow they had for my families loss was legitimate. Trust me, stair lift Long Island is who you want. If you are seeking a stair lift it’s probably a rough time already, they make it easy and they cared."

"Long Island Chairlifts has been excellent to deal with and I can't say enough great things about Pete and Tom. My mom who is 90 was coming home from rehab and they installed 2 chairlifts for us. The chairlifts have been a Godsend and I will always be grateful to Pete for making the process totally stress free. If you are in need of a chairlift I highly recommend calling Long Island Chairlifts."

"1/12/2020_The day after Mom came home, finally, from rehab, the power chair dies. On a Sunday, desperate, I call the company who has serviced the equipment for years. Not open._Took a chance and call LONG ISLAND STAIRLIFTS._Pete and Tom to the rescue!!!_Fixed the chair, no small feat, were gracious and compassionate._They have a permanent client and our gratitude"
