"I cannot say enough good things about this company . Peter called me back within 30 minutes of entering my information on their website. He came the next day and installed the next day so it would be ready before my dad returned from the hospital. Super professional installation cleaned up everything and showed me how to use it and answered all of my questions. I wish all companies were as good."

"The batteries in my acorn stairlift needed to be replaced and I ordered a new pair from Amazon which I had previously done. After the new batteries were installed and tested the lift was functional. After immediately putting everything back together the batteries no longer worked. The code on the machine said the batteries weren’t working which didn’t make sense since they were new and we had tested it before. I called LI Stairlifts after hours and Pete was kind enough to get back in touch with me later that evening and tried to figure out what could be wrong. He said if it still wasn’t working in the morning to call him. The following morning I tried and it still wasn’t working so I called him back and within 2 hours Tom showed up at my house. No more than 5 minutes later he realized that the batteries I had gotten were defective. He immediately changed them and moments later the lift was functional and put back together again. Before he left he checked out the other stairlift that I have in the house and realized the transformer wasn’t working and he was kind enough to replace it for me without me even having to ask him. All of this on a moment’s notice and the day before Thanksgiving. I could not recommend and praise the professionalism and courtesy of a company more than LI Stairlilifts. Thank you for all you guys have done for me."

"Shopping and pricing stairlifts, I met with Pete from Long Island Stairlifts, and my search was over...he had the one I wanted, at the best price, and he was knowledgeable, not pushy and extremely pleasant. Tom, his son, and Lenny, installed the Harmar Pinnacle Stairlift in my home, in less than an hour...they were great, knew exactly what they were doing. There was no mess, just some dust that they vacuumed up. If you're in the market, Long Island Stairlifts, a trusted family business, is a great choice!"

"LI Stairlift is phenomenal!!! Can't begin to express how wonderful, Pete, Tommy and Lenny were. From the first meeting, up until the final installation they were first class, absolutely top notch....they were patient, knowledgeable, timely, professional and reasonably priced. I priced out a few different stairlifts and these guys were by fair the best. They were much more knowledgeable than the others that came out with regards to how to connect the plug for the charger for the Stairlift.__Pete was so kind and answered all my moms questions preinstalation.
