"I had an absolute fantastic experience with Long Island Stairlifts. They came out same day to provide a quote and then were able to install two stairlifts two days later. They do great work and are truly nice people. Now when my Mom comes home from rehab, she will be able to get up the stairs with no problem. I can't thank them enough for the work they did! I wouldn't call anyone else."

"I shopped around and obtained two quotes to make sure the price was fair before choosing LI Stairlifts. Their price was the same as the competition but with a better warranty. Peter gave an estimate and that's what I paid. Tom showed up on time to install it, he was friendly, worked quickly, and he cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended."

"Stop searching and call Pete now! From installation to clearly explaining how to troubleshoot the most common occurs, the crew at Long Island Stairlifts is beyond amazing to work with. We never felt any pressure to purchase more than we’d need. They asked my mom a bunch of questions to ensure she was comfortable with the purchase and the use of her lift. Then two years later when I actually needed to call for some help Pete answered our call, tried his best to help us solve, and had one of his team to the house the next day. I work for a company famous around the world for customer service and I talk about Pete and crew in all of my training classes now."

"John was very friendly and made multiple trips to the house to provide all the correct information for what we needed. They were not pushy or rude, but was patient and was willing to explain and answer all of our questions. Thomas did the installation and everything took less than an hour. This company was so nice and we would definitely recommend to anyone!"
