"Seamless!! I live out of state and was trying to accommodate my mom. I called Pete. He picked up, set an appointment, provided an estimate, and scheduled the install. He could not have made it any easier! Without a doubt, one of the best consumer experiences I have ever had. Not to mention, the product installed is of real quality. A great experience all around. This is the way it's supposed to be done. Pete should should provide classes on how to conduct business. Thank you!"

"I desperately needed repairs on my mom's stairlift. If the chair wasn't fixed, she would have been stuck upstairs. Thank goodness I got a hold of Pete who said he would take care of it today! Before I knew it, Long Island Stairlifts was at her house and fixed the problem. They are professional, kind and knowledgeable about all things stairlifts! I have my new company if I ever need work done on the chair again! Thank you Pete for doing such a great job!"

"I would highly recommend this place. They came on the same day my sister called for an estimate for my parents and installed the stairlift within 3 days. We called about 5:30 pm with a service call and were flawed when they were able to come the next morning to service us. I can't say enough nice things about this company. They exceeded my parents expectations. They were able to put in a stairlift where several years ago other companies could not accommodate us."

"I needed a last-minute stairlift rental and called a few companies. All of them had dates for installment weeks away. When I called Long Island stairlift they came out the same day and measured. My stairlift was installed two days later. This really eased my worries and they were so professional. What a blessing because my husband was released from the hospital the day after the installation. Great Company thanks so much guys."
